The Trunking Extrusion mould is mainly used in industries, civil construction, decoration and other fields. Its main material is polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and some simpler models can also use polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), ABS + PC alloy and other materials. This Trunking Extrusion mould can be designed in the following configuration forms: 1. One base and one cover; 2. Two basesand two covers; 3. Four bases and four covers. Trunking Extrusion mould equipment requirements and problem handling during the production process

One.Suitable for extracer:
1.Trunking Extrusion mould adopts a one-bottom and one-cover structure, and the extruder can be used:45-25/50-25/65- 25 single screw, you can also use 51-105/55-110 twin screw;
2.Trunking Extrusion toolingadopts a two-bottom and two-cover structure, and the extruder can be used: use 51-105/55-110/65- 132 twin screw;
3.Trunking Extrusion mould four-bottom and four-cover structure, the extruder can be used: use 55-110/65-132 twin screws;

Two.How to deal with difficult problems in the production process:
1.Multi-cavity structure mold, inconsistent discharge: As long as the Trunking Extrusion mould is debugged before leaving the factory, the qualified mold, after arriving at the customer’s factory, the discharge changes. By increasing the temperature on the slow side of the discharge, it can basically be solved. If the temperature is increased by 5-20 degrees, the problem cannot be solved. It requires professional engineers to repair the mold and slow down the parts where the discharge is fast, or increase the parts where the discharge is slow, so that the discharge can be synchronized.

2.The products produced are easy to break and feel very fragile. There are five ways to solve them.:
Method 1. Reduce the external lubrication in the formula by 0.1-0.3 kg, which will improve. If it is still not ideal, you can reduce the stabilizer by 0.1-0.3.;

Method 2. On the basis of the original formula, 0.2 kg of monoglyceride is added for every 100 kg of PVC. Its role is internal lubrication and 100% promotes plasticization.;

Method 3. If the material wants to reach the ideal 70% plasticization state in the barrel, it must have a reasonable pressure. All by adjusting the ratio of the host screw to the feeding screw, the current of the host reaches 70% of the rated current of the host, so that the material can be better plasticized.;

Method 4. Replace with better-quality raw materials. For example, a good-quality stabilizer has sufficient limited ingredients, few low-melting precipitates, and very few cheap paraffins. On the contrary, the poor-quality ones are the opposite. The more stabilizers are added to the formula, the worse the plasticization. The less you add, the thermal stability can’t keep up, so you must replace the good-quality ones to solve the problem.

Method 5. If none of the above four methods can solve the problem, then there is one remaining problem. The mold design is unreasonable and the pressure of the nose is too low, resulting in the mold cannot provide sufficient back pressure to the extruder. This problem is the most troublesome. The mold needs to be returned to the factory and the length of the straight section of the Trunking Extrusion mould can be solved.
