Aona molds features:

A layer of ASA with a thickness of 0.15-0.25mm is co-extruded on the profile surface. After welding and cleaning, a white seam will appear, which requires a coat of the same color paint to complete the finish. If our company’s full-surface co-extrusion die is used, the co-extrusion layer thickness is 2.0-3.0mm, and there is no color difference after welding and cleaning.
